Adult Course Registration

Cancellation by Registrant:

• If a registrant cancels a course by written notice received by us no later than 3 full days prior to the first class for the course, the tuition minus a $75 administrative fee will be refunded to the registrant.
• If a registrant cancels a course by written notice received by us less than 3 full days prior to the first class for the course but no later than the day before the second class for the course, the tuition minus a $100 administrative fee will be refunded to the registrant.
• If a written notice of cancellation is not received by us no later than the day before the second class, no refund of any amount will be made and no vouchers or credits will be provided for later courses.
• Written notice of cancellation must be sent either by email to angelika@germansouthwest.org or by mail to German Institute for the Southwest, P. O. Box 550465, Houston, Texas 77255.

Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel classes with less than 5 students. In the unlikely event that we cancel a course, tuition for the course will be refunded in full to all registrants for the course.
Any refunds will be mailed to the address provided at the time of registration unless we have previously been given written notice of an address change.
