Private Lesson Policies*

REFUNDS

Cancellation by Registrant: Tuition paid by you for private tutoring as a package of 10 sessions will be refunded to you ONLY if, no later than 3 days before the scheduled first session for the package, we RECEIVE written notice that you are canceling your registration. Such written cancellation notice must either be sent by email to angelika@germansouthwest.org or by mail to German Institute for the Southwest, P. O. Box 550465, Houston, Texas 77255. The $35 Registration Fee for a package of 10 tutoring sessions canceled by a registrant will not be refunded.

If you cancel any one private session, you will be offered a make up class or a refund, but ONLY if you give at least 24-hours’ notice before the scheduled start of that session. If you do not show up for a private session, there will be no make up session or refund.

Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we cancel a tutoring package of 10 sessions, both Tuition and Registration Fees paid for the course will be refunded to the registrant.

Any refunds will be mailed to the address provided at the time of registration unless we have previously been given written notice of an address change.
