Refund Policy

Cancellation by Registrant:

The Examination Fee paid by you for a course will be refunded to you ONLY if, no later than one week before the date of the examination, we RECEIVE written notice that you are canceling your registration.
Written notice of cancellation must be sent either by email to angelika@germansouthwest.org or by mail to German Institute for the Southwest, P.O.Box 550465, Houston, Texas 77255.
The $35 Registration Fee for an examination registration canceled by a registrant will not be refunded.

Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel examinations with less than 5 students. In the unlikely event that we cancel an examination, both the Examination and the Registration Fees paid for the Examination will be refunded to all registrants for the Examination.
Any refunds will be made through PayPal or, if that was your mode of payment, mailed to the address provided at the time of registration unless we have previously been given written notice of an address change.
