Lead German Teacher in The Woodlands
The German Institute for the Southwest holds an existing, vibrant German-language immersion program for children and youths (ages 6 to 16) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday mornings in Woodlands. We need a lead teacher, who is a native German or speaks German fluently, who has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in German or education, and who can supervise several teachers and assistants. 12 Saturdays in the Fall (September to December), 12 Saturdays in the Winter (January to April), 6 weeks in the Spring (April-May). We need a teacher, who is a native German or speaks German fluently, who has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, and is able to write curricula for several classes with different age groups. Experience with the German school system preferred. 12 Saturdays in the Fall (September to December), 12 Saturdays in the Winter (January to April), 6 weeks in the Spring (April-May). Excellent Pay. Teachers and Assistants
The German Institute for the Southwest is looking for teachers and assistants for German-language immersion program for children and youths (ages 6 to 16) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday mornings in Rosenberg/Sugarland and The Woodlands. We need teachers and assistants who are native German speakers or speak German fluently, who have a passion for teaching and are fun persons with the ability to care, play and educate. First aid and CPR training are a plus! The teachers need to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in German or education; it would be great, if the assistants had an Associate’s degree and/or experience in working with children. We are in class 12 Saturdays in the Fall (September to December), 12 Saturdays in the Winter (January to April), 6 weeks in the Spring (April-May). Excellent Pay.
